The headline first: masturbate-live.com has no registration, no visitor statistics, no ad network and sets no cookie of its own. The short list of things that do touch your data follows below, including the cam site behind the Go live button, which belongs to a different company.

1. Request data at our host

Cloudflare, Inc. serves these pages. Each request passes through its network, which handles the IP address, a country and US-state estimate derived from that address, the page asked for, a timestamp, and the browser and device type your browser announces. We use this for three things only: delivering the pages, fending off attacks and deciding in which countries the site may be shown at all. Cloudflare explains its own handling of such data in its privacy policy.

2. The stored age answer

Ticking the age box (“I am 18 or older”) makes your browser keep a single local-storage value, fz_band_on. It contains the moment of that tick and nothing else, serves only to keep the wristband check from returning on every page, and it never leaves your device. After 30 days the site no longer accepts it and asks again. Delete the stored site data of masturbate-live.com and the entry is gone sooner.

3. Messages sent with the contact form

A message to us consists of three items on our end: the words you wrote, the subject from the dropdown and an optional email for replies. These rest in a Cloudflare key-value bucket registered to this website; no newsletter tool, form vendor or captcha firm gets a copy. Messages serve exclusively to answer you and to process privacy or copyright cases. Twelve months after arrival each message erases itself automatically; on request we remove it sooner.

4. ImLive and the partner network

Nothing from another company is built into masturbate-live.com. Go live is a plain link to /live-now, a forwarding address of ours that at once sends your browser on in a separate tab, via the partner network CrakRevenue, to ImLive, an independently operated cam site. The forward adds this site’s name and the rough type of device, one of iPhone, Android or desktop, taken from the identification your browser sends; we keep none of it. Only then does your browser contact them, and they receive your IP address, technical details of your device and whatever you later enter there. They may write entries of their own into your browser storage and process all of this on their own responsibility and under ImLive’s privacy policy. Your video, your voice and your messages never reach us.

Tucked into that link are our domain, written two ways, plus a device hint (iphone, android or desktop) that a short script slots in at the tap. No label points to you as a person.

5. Partner links

Those labels let the partner credit a commission to this site if you buy something there; we only ever see totals. As soon as the other tab is open, ImLive’s own privacy rules and prices govern what happens.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of anything we store about you, ask for correction or deletion, limit the processing or object to it. California law (CCPA, amended by the CPRA) grants these rights, and comparable protection exists in further US states, the European Union and Britain. Personal information is not for sale here, and none of it is handed to anybody for cross-context behavioral advertising. Using any of these rights costs you nothing and changes nothing about how the site treats you. Requests go through the crowd-mail form, and we respond inside 45 days.

7. Minors

Under-18s get no ticket for this site, and we make no deliberate effort to gather anything from them. Spot a message from a minor in our inbox? Tell us, and it goes straight into the shredder.
